I've always been curious about all the different ethnic cultures in the world and more importantly their intricate and beautifully constructed clothing. I've found that the Chinese culture has such a rich culture in their attributes to the textile industry as well as their intricate work in dyeing. There's so much beauty in the world and the first step to uncovering it is to go and experience it and learn about it.
Now let's get into this bold exotic look. My intention with this look was to just be me and incorporate my passion for the Chinese aesthetic. I Centered my look on this tangzhuang jacket, I updated this look by paring leather pants and over the ankle platform heels. To be honest I had this tangzhuang jacket since high school and this is the first time I incorporated it in my personal style. Yes it's traditional for the Chinese community and now it's a trendy fashion piece. Pairing the heels was my way of adding a little panache to this look. What I love most about these heels is the support of the platform in the front. They're great for comfort and the best thing it gives you the ability to last longer throughout the day.
